Nikki is well known and influential Customer Experience architect and Ambassador for the Institute of Customer Service (and also our Managing Director!). Her work is enjoyed by millions of UK customers. She has a huge variety of cross-sector expertise gained through a career that began in Utilities, budded at PricewaterhouseCoopers/ IBM, blossomed as a Partner at Blue Sky Consulting (now owned by Capita) and fully flowered when she set up Customer Whisperers in 2007.
